I called the # listed. Went to a call center. I asked if this was for the Ripley branch and the lady said no this is the union city branch. All I was wanting to know was if the change machine was up and running ( which it truly is only up and running 2 months out of the year )
BOYCOTT!!
I dislike the fact we no longer have a bank of Ripley. You have to call a 1 800 number and get sent to a call center. If you have a question you call and leave a message you may not get a call back. There is no reason anyone should have to run to the bank just ask a question.
Mrs. Rose Jarrett has always been very helpful to me ,my family and especially my mom. She's a very valuable, intelligent manager. She just can not retire!!
