This review is on the Personal Banker that we dealt with today at the 15101 S Rt 59 Branch. Her name began with an N but I didn't get the rest. She did not even give us a card so we could contact her if we had questions. Myself, my Mother in Law and my son came in to try to get a personal loan for my elderly Mother in Law and apparantly she must not have believed that we really needed the loan.
