Literally the worst bank that I’ve ever had dealings with. They would randomly put holds on paychecks I deposited while I was in college ( in a different town than the town my residency was in), and the holds would be for 5 days. Also BMO would try to charge overdraft fees with more than enough money in my account. My final straw was when I used the AMT and the ATM machine ate my debit card. The bank told me they couldn’t help me until Monday. I closed my account and I do not recommend this bank at all.
Friendly, Helpfull, Knowledgeable... Would reccomend their branch.
Not west enough, very sad.
The employees of the Bloomfield, Iowa location are always very kind and professional when I call in with questions or stop by the location. They are prompt, helpful and always go out of their way to assist their customers!
