Thos bank sucks, charge you to cash app check and they can't even scoop or plow for their customers!
Can't transfer money to "non-BMO" accounts, can't ever see who or what deposits were made to your account because they don't have deposit slips or scans of anything, they can't ever get the mailing address right on the account, the Business Rewards Credit Card dept is an absolute joke and every department just transfers you elsewhere in a big circle round and round again until you get so mad that you just hang up and attempt to help yourself or close your account. I had stopped in town and my RV broke down. I did not have the cash to pay for the mobile tech to make repairs and I didn’t have my bank card with me. Patti and the entire team made it happen and got me what I needed. They literally went the extra mile and got me back on the road.
Great 😃👍 service, and has ATM.
When it comes to customer service. This branch has the worst.
