Went to try and get my automatic withdrawal from my checking straighten out and the teller wasn't much help . She didn't have any answers or solutions why it hasn't worked the past two months. It worked fine for four years and they can't seem to get it back on track. Three months ago I filled out another automatic payment withdrawal form and they didn't have any answers for me. I have almost two years left on my loan and they are switching to a new name. So the nearest branch is over a hour away.
The mobile deposit is a joke and always takes four business days! Also forget about some of the funds being released the first 24 hours, it’s literally all BS to get you to sign up and they charge for every little thing.
Can NEVER reach them by phone with out being on hold for literally an hour or more.
Would very nice if they answered the phone. Put your money somewhere else!
