My partner and I visited the BMO Lockeford branch to open a business account, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff did not seem to take us seriously. There was a lot of joking around, and we were asked several questions that did not appear relevant to opening a business account. My partner and I walk in to this branch seeking information on starting a new business bank account and was not treated with respect it seem the staff were asking question that didn’t pertain to my purpose and I will not be returning 🤦♂️
Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a bank and it's my only time I've ever been here. My wife's father passed and left us money in his account. He died without a will so we were told to do this paperwork and come back and it the account would be closed THAT DAY! My wife and I both share 1 car so we had to take off work to come in. We get in and are told that we would have to wait till tomorrow (even tho we were told it would be done THAT DAY!) We both take the next day off and go to the bank AGAIN missing another ... read more
The manager at this bank is horrible. She got mad at me and withheld funds from me only allowing me to withdraw $2000 max over the counter. I asked for something in writing and she would not provide that then she called the Sheriff's. Later the Sheriff's said I should bank with Chase.
Definitely a great group of people working at this branch . Every time there has been issues they are quick to fix the problem . Not happy with bmo in general but they are doing there best in the branch to deal with and learn all the new changes since they switched over. Marisol and Alicia do a great job as well keeping the placing going and are very patient and kind. No complaints from me.
