Easily the worst experience I've ever had with a bank and it's my only time I've ever been here. My wife's father passed and left us money in his account. He died without a will so we were told to do this paperwork and come back and it the account would be closed THAT DAY! My wife and I both share 1 car so we had to take off work to come in. We get in and are told that we would have to wait till tomorrow (even tho we were told it would be done THAT DAY!) We both take the next day off and go to the bank AGAIN missing another ... read more
The manager at this bank is horrible. She got mad at me and withheld funds from me only allowing me to withdraw $2000 max over the counter. I asked for something in writing and she would not provide that then she called the Sheriff's. Later the Sheriff's said I should bank with Chase.
Definitely a great group of people working at this branch . Every time there has been issues they are quick to fix the problem . Not happy with bmo in general but they are doing there best in the branch to deal with and learn all the new changes since they switched over. Marisol and Alicia do a great job as well keeping the placing going and are very patient and kind. No complaints from me.

Place has gone down hill since they were bank of the west. Manager Marisol got loud and argued with me over it taking 2 weeks to get approved and receive a card highly unprofessional. Than the card I received wasn’t the same 0% interest terms as the offer letter and they called me a liar when asked about it and was told I’ll have to prove it. Literally the worse bank EVER wish I could give zero stars
