I am happy with this branch- everyone is knowledgeable and courteous.
Just the worst. Emily is obvious as she comes on to you when she sees your bank balance. She also spends a really long time working with the Hispanic customers over just your average joe.
Since Bank of the West changed to BMO I was a little upset because the bank was only open one day a week but now they are open 5 days a week and the girls who work there are so kind. I am very happy because they speak Spanish and they were able to talk to my mom so she could open her account.
It's a new bank but customer service is sweet. I really like the new staff
