Do NOT bank here. I’m on week 2 of a fraud claim (which took 2 days max with prior bank) and they just don’t care. AI customer service on website. Was told claim could take up to 45 days IF I get my money back. Closing account as soon as possible (that only takes one day).
Hours are wrong. Showed up at 4:25 when it says they close at 5 and no one was there and it was locked up.
I have been a member now over 30 years this bank is awesome and the folks at the Lamoni, IA branch are all true standouts -any bad review on this branch is extremely hard to believe and in the era of trolls throughout the internet I would always consider the source top notch staff all the way!! -JC
