Very nice bank, I've been with Bank of the West since it was Community First Bank & that's been about 30 years, I wouldn't even think of going to any other bank.

Crooks!!! I wish I could give them a negative review. I do not have an account with them and never will. Tried to cash 2 checks issued by this bank and they wanted to charge 10 dollars each. It’s their check!! Because I don’t have an account with them they expect me to pay to cash it. I am a business owner in Douglas and will start charging extra for Checks from Bank of the West. If you have an account with them please close it and find a new bank.
I don't have an account with Bank of the West. I was thinking about getting one but know I will never do business with them at all. Here is the reason why. I used there ATM out side and for no reason at all there ATM kept my Debit Card. I went in side and asked why and that I wanted it back. The manger of the bank was rude and gave no reasonable explanation why and gave me Excuse after excuse and raised her voice and was unwilling to give me the proper way to make a formal complaint.
