I usually just use the ATM unless its not working and then go in to the bank.
Do NOT bank here! I deposited a check from another financial institution and rather than flagging the check to review it was legitimate, BMO froze my accounts with no reason provided to me. My family had no access to our funds via payroll and could not use our debit cards. I’m being told this can last 15-30 days. How does BMO expect a family of 3 to live without money for 15 days. This bank is literally the most useless bank I've ever dealt with in my life. It was bad before they changed names, but now it's even worse. I feel bad for the employees that must deal with such a broken establishment. Seriously, stay away from this bank. Don't say I didn't give you fair warning if you end up making the mistake of banking here. Would give 0 stars if possible. I'm amazed that they have as many review stars as the do
If I could rate a zero then I would. This place has gone down hill since becoming BMO. Random charges for using an ATM, charged for a credit card account, unable to deposit checks, overdraft fees after specifically requesting that my account can't be overdrafted. Preparing to make an account with a new bank after all this nonsense.
