The Truckee, CA branch is only open on Thursday and Kings Beach is only open on Tuesday. The Tahoe City branch closes at 4:00 pm. I work until 4:30 and can’t even CASH MY CHECK on Friday. Aren’t you paying your people enough?

This branch is never open and will probably never open. Pull your money out people.
Bank of the West is, hands down, the most unreliable business in terms of hours of operations that I've ever encountered. Excuses after excuses why the hours change.. 10a to 4p with a random lunch hour.. and this is if you're lucky enough to find one of the three North Lake Tahoe branches open!
