The worst possible experience. I am a J1 student that came for work in Tahoe for the summer of 2026, and I wanted to open a bank account for my paychecks. Reid Maley offered to help me out, then in the middle of the process went to talk with anither client who was waiting, and completly forgot about me, then he left for lunch without telling me nothing. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. I am not from the United States, and I was completely dependent on access to the bank’s mobile app. However, I constantly had problems logging in. After I returned to my home country, I completely lost access to the app again. I cannot withdraw my money, and I am also unable to receive any incoming funds.
