It’s hard to imagine that a bank still has a live person answer the phones that are actually at that branch you called……but ladies and gentlemen it DOES still exist and I found it here at this bank! I not only had my call answered but got a same day appointment to open a checking account by the same person who answered and I know this may also be shocking but that same person was on time for my appointment, very professional, kind, respectful and took time to explain when I had questions.
