After multiple issues and being lied to over the phone by a teller who was avoiding taking accountability for their mistake I went in to close my account with another teller. Clearly these two women do not understand you shouldn’t joke around with each other and try making light of a situation to a clearly unhappy client. I brought my elderly mom in to get her accounts in order and get her set up with online banking on her phone as well as several other questions. Jeff was kind, patient, and helpful, working with us for over 2 hours. Excellent service.
