I have been a customer of Bank of the West for 10+ years, and use their Wahpeton and Lidgerwood branches most frequently. I have found the staff to be knowledgable, friendly, and responsive.

This is the worst bank I have ever had. My husband went to the bank to make a mortgage payment. Well they screwed up. They only took the principal out of our account. My husband went in again and said hey not sure if you noticed but you didn't take enough out for our mortgage payment, so they took the 290 out. Well the idiot teller, Annie, apparently didn't do it right and the 290 was taken out but went back into our account, due to her making a mistake.
