My new wife and I went to the bank around 3:40 pm yesterday to add her as an authorized signer. The girl at the desk never. looked up as we were standing there.So we went to the teller and she said we are underr staffed .could you come back tomorrow..There was nobody in the bank and nobody on the phone.This is the worst bank I have ever been in Eldon Hamm. I have a personal and business account.
Shitty bank that never has money in the ATM on Fridays or weekends more times than I can count! Bad costumer service on drive through window always rude! It went down hill when it changed from bank of west to BMO! Wouldn’t recommend

This is the worst bank ever!!! We've paid 2 LAST PAYMENTS again 2 fixing to be 3 LAST PAYMENTS because no one can figure out wtf is going on. And all there loans are done over the phone in our area so good luck getting someone who knows what's going on
