Very clean bank amazing nice staff and extremely helpful
I am deeply disappointed in BMO. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and am currently going through cancer treatments. I reached out to BMO to see if we could defer a payment. They said since I wasn’t currently working, they couldn’t help me. I have to be quarantined through treatment, how do they expect me to work 🤦♀️
Worst bank I've been to. Not kind, unprofessional, and took at least 5 times longer than any other bank for the most basic transaction. Highly DONT recommend.
Constantly being locked out of ATM. Then went in to send money through zel bank employee helped then said it went through but it did not now weekend and can do anything
Sadly, after 40 years of being a customer, we left for a better local Bank. Over the last 3 years, the service has been so slow and unpersonal. The bank manger could care less and gives you the cold shoulder response " that's our policy...sorry!" I would recommend switching banks asap!
