I don’t like this place at all. Their ATM is most of the time out of service. When I try withdrawing from their ATM my debit card gets blocked. When I try getting gasoline debit card won’t work. Debit card chip, swipe never works. Moving my accounts to a real bank.
Business processes, ability to help with problems, and employee understanding of company policies are very poor and don’t even deserve 1 star. Go somewhere else if you want a bank that cares about making it easy to do business. So why a 2 star rating? The people try their best to help work through dumb policies/business practices and are patient and nice.
The people that work here are super nice, but this bank sucks. My card was stolen about a month ago and I have yet to have any reimbursement, although I filed a police report and did all the steps I was supposed to!! Then when I call I am told there is nothing they can do for me, just keep waiting lol. This bank doesn’t care at all about their customers. I just opened up an account here because I wanted to bank local and I wish I never did. Worst customer service from the back of house that I’ve ever received.
I will continue to send correspondence regarding BMO - NMLS# 844865 Gridley, CA the CSR's were completey rude, unprofessional, and very inept for the processing of our new account. Due to a glich in there system upon opening an account - caused major issues for us. Ana-CSR, Kari-manager (totally rude and inept), Tina-manager either did not have the knowledge of a simple money transfer, or in our case, created an already traumatizing personal situation into a complete nightmare for us.
