Always something wrong with the atm
I had a somewhat negative experience last week inside the bank, but today a branch manager called me, and asked me several questions, and she was very nice. She also apologized for what happened. So, I give them 5 stars today.
The 3 stars are for the wonderful employees, the missing 2 are for the insufferable, arrogant, holier than thou, smug manager. I'd rather bury my money in my back yard than deal with her. I bank elsewhere.
