I love my bank they know me I know them always good service
6 windows, one teller during lunch rush Don't use this branch unless you've got a half hour to kill standing in line. The manager must be incompetent as hell. How do you NOT plan on customers wanting to do their banking during lunch? I was in line with 10 more folks waiting because the one teller was helping a lady whoo seemed to forget important items to do a deposit to a commercial account. There were 3 other workers milling around in the back just watching as the line grew. Ugh! How do you put all but one teller on lunch ... read more
Always something wrong with the atm
I had a somewhat negative experience last week inside the bank, but today a branch manager called me, and asked me several questions, and she was very nice. She also apologized for what happened. So, I give them 5 stars today.
