The cashier teller who assisted me with closing down my account due to fraudulent activities and them refusing to unfreeze my accounts where I was just asking to close my account and withdraw all the funds that were in the account and and it took 3 and 1/2 hours in the branch in person to verify my identity with all the state local government issued IDs and they were yet.
