The most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced at a bank.
Amanda, the branch manager, and her staff at the local BMO branch do a great job giving a national, corporate banking institution a local, hometown touch. They strive to do as much as they can to provide a solid and professional personal experience for each customer that comes through the doors.
This bank will make you question your own sanity. The app is horrific, customer service is dismal, and long wait times when you do need to call them. To say I Hate them, would be putting it kindly.
