This bank will make you question your own sanity. The app is horrific, customer service is dismal, and long wait times when you do need to call them. To say I Hate them, would be putting it kindly.
The cashier teller who assisted me with closing down my account due to fraudulent activities and them refusing to unfreeze my accounts where I was just asking to close my account and withdraw all the funds that were in the account and and it took 3 and 1/2 hours in the branch in person to verify my identity with all the state local government issued IDs and they were yet. I spent 3 hours that day working on it and they still refuse to cash me out of my account and The account manager supervisor, the relationship manager was ... read more
