When the superviser and teller of the bank go to the drivethru window and discuss your personal banking issues over the microphone with a resteraunt next door and people that walk up and down 23rd. instead of being professional and asking you to come in the bank to discuss the issue in the office with the door shut it's time to change banks. Talk about embarasing and humiliating.
My mom went through the drive the other day and got yelled at by an employee. The service is slow i would definitely recommend a different bank.
I deposited around $40,000 into my account with a stipulation that it would be put on hold until it clears….fine with me not a problem….gave me available funds of little over $5,000 ok good no problem…..2 days later they decide to hold the entire amount rather than just partial amounts leaving me with a negative balance of close to 2k ….theres nothing they can do and my checks that I get direct deposited go towards that balance that they decided to make available and then wasn’t ….so needless to say I have to eat both income... read more
