Always great friendly people
I have tried to get a response from this bank for over 2 months regarding money my mom left me. They never know anything , they never call you back. The worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with.
My grandmother Sara Dillard wanted to leave a review! She so very grateful and appreciative of the consistency of amazing customer service that this branch provides their customers. Specifically she wanted to mention how attentive and caring John and Jason are and also how kind and sweet miss Alex is! Everyone is so patient and helpful and she is very elderly and can be kind of “extra” at times but they never make her feel bad and are always there for her. She can not recommend this bank more🫶
Poor customer service. I’m at this location every week and the workers don’t smile.
