Ignored my calls until I got on with a call center and was transferred staff was unhelpful and claims there is no management I’m missing thousands of dollars and their answer is just wait and see they will lose your money and pretend it’s okay and offer no help to fix it
Bernie and Ethan have always went above and beyond to help me out. This branch in Steamboat is awesome and has always been helpful.
Been banking with Bank Of The West for over 10 years. BMO is absolutely awful. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I hate that Bank Of The West is gone and the helpful people / easy online tools too.
