I originally left a 5-star review for Bank of the West years ago because they were an excellent bank in Steamboat. I banked with them for about 14 years and the service was always great. The staff was consistent, helpful, and it was easy to build relationships with the people working there. Unfortunately since BMO took over Bank of the West, the experience has completely changed. Closing at 4 and not having slips and envelopes available for night deposits is crazy. I can't even get my money into my account because you open after I go to work and close before I'm off. I have no choice but to close my account.
This bank is only open 3 days a week for 6 hours a day, and they still close for lunch, so its actually open about 16 hours per week. What a joke!!
Ignored my calls until I got on with a call center and was transferred staff was unhelpful and claims there is no management I’m missing thousands of dollars and their answer is just wait and see they will lose your money and pretend it’s okay and offer no help to fix it
