Chinese bank
When they were Bank of the West, they were amazing...when they became BMO they went right down the toilet.
THEY STOLE MY SISTERS AND NEPHEWS MONEY AND NO ONE IS EVER I MEAN EVER IN THE BANK SO THEY CAN DEAL WOTH THE ISSUE, THEY TOLD MY FAMILY COME IN AND NO ONE WAS THERE, THE BANK SENT A NEW CARD CAUSE THE OTHER CARD WAS FRAUDED AND WHEN THEY GOT THE NEW 1 AND WENT TO ACTIVATE IT IT WAS ALREADY BLOCKED CAUSE OF FRAUD, WE FEEL THE BANK IS BEHIND THE WHOLE THING...DONT TRUST THEM
Honestly the best customer service. I've watched them treat everyone with the same respect and kindness. There is another bank close by that can learn so much about customer service from them. 👀👀👀
