Ever since BMO took over I have had nothing but trouble with my online banking!
Never use their ATM. We had went there and withdrew $500 dollar cash on a Saturday. Their atm had an error and said dispensing error and never gave us our cash. It was debited from our account. We went through the teller and they told us it is a 3rd party atm and we will have to call the number on the atm. We were also told that the money may arrive back in our account on that following Thursday because they check the transactions every Wednesday. Helping a relative with their account here. Four years ago, would have given a four star review, because mostly they have been helpful, but were occasionally difficult to deal with. Today it's a one star, because we have been trying to activate a debit card over the phone (Two minute ordeal anywhere else), and keep getting transferred to different operators, then back to the automated system; that hangs up on us after putting us on hold.
