Can't get a hold of anyone at the branch. Had to go there & they couldn't help me. Didn't have a notary public available. Don't use deposit slips either.
I would not even try with a loan from this bank, It's like a bad disease after you apply, and get denied, the robo calls have not stopped, I had not gotten any till I applied for a loan here, also a bad experience with the applying of the loan. I would choose another bank for sure.
My appointment was cancelled due to shortness in staff.
If I could give 0 stars I would. How is this bank still in business? We have an RV loan that they bought from another bank. I can't modify my autopay without filling out and mailing in a form. I also can't pay extra on the loan to pay it off sooner without MAILING a check to a special PO box or going in person to a branch. I have never used a bank that is so backwards.
