Great customer service for my business and personal accounts. I've gone through most local banks over the years and BMO's provided the best overall experience. Courteous and professional, they regularly resolve numerous issues for us in a timely manner.

Laughably incompetent... Seriously the worst bank I have ever worked with... I can to update this with the exact same terrible experiences 5 years later. This bank will never lean apparently. Whatever you do, DO NOT BANK WITH BMO!!!
