This is the 3rd time this bank has double charged my wife on a purchase she has made. It happened on a Friday this time so can’t tell them till Monday. She is switching banks. Horrible bank, we don’t recommend banking here.
The people are helpful and friendly. BMO policy to hold funds hostage after a deposit makes running a business by banking here very difficult.
Terrible bank. After moving to the state I made the poor decision to open up an account with the hopes of being treated with a level of dignity and professionalism. In the process of moving, I had sold a large number of personal items back East. I never had a problem using mobile deposit multiple times with my former bank, so I figured it would be the same.
