I love this bank I have been with Bank of the West for many years and they help me with any questions or problems that I have I tell him ahead of time what's going on and I've never had a problem I love all the employees you guys are awesome thank you for being there for me when I've always needed you
Worst bank i have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. "End of the month" billing ya know on 17th?? Hidden fees, incompetent and nervous employees, made too many trips in here to correct mistakes, my father passed i closed his account and my own. Here i am next day sitting in lobby trying to pay off a charge...on a closed account. Whats that? What do mean i cant pay it cause its closed? Family and friends have affectionately named this place. They are always really nice to me when I go in there which is pretty cool, unfortunately though the ATM there is out of cash and awful lot and I have a lot of problems with their online app and phone system. Today it wouldn't let me on the app it said I had to call the phone system instead, I call the phone system and it said it was unavailable. It's past banking hours so the bank is closed. Guess I really didn't need to know how much money I had anyway. Very frustrating.
