I've had a great experience banking with this BMO branch. I opened both a business account and a personal account here, and Marissa has consistently provided excellent service throughout the process. Every time I visit, she communicates clearly and helps resolve any issues efficiently, making banking feel far less stressful than it often can be. She was very thorough, patient, we both made sure everything was correct before proceeding, discussed my goals for myself for the future. Use this branch for commercial use, quick lines/lanes, friendly staff, & business looks really clean.
The BMO bank in Fort Morgan has terrible customer service. Depending on who I talk to there are differing answers to the same question. Customer service is good if you escalate to the manager Noe otherwise not so much. Please don’t trust them with your hard earned money. Go to any of the other banks in town.
Love all of the ladies! They are very helpful and friendly.
