Overall unpleasant experience, between waiting 2 weeks for fraud charges to be looked into and a 10 day wait for provisional funds, the countless hours of phone calls made to a help line halfway across the world, no workers in the building to help at the branch, managers out of the building for hours at a time apparently they get 3 hour lunch breaks?This is a bank everyone should leave today, they don’t care about you or your money.
Worse Bank ever show overdraft in the morning and when deposit to cover the overdraft they start charging fees!! A bunch of thefts their explanations was that since the overdraft goes overnight and then Saturday and Sunday there’s no update online they had to charge for fee! But why it didn’t show on Monday? Why wait to show everything on Tuesday morning? The overdraft and fees

allow money to be taken out run their computer system through the midnight hours and then nail all of their customers with service fees and overdrafts nothing but a rip off to their customers
