I used to be a customer for over 15 years. Once the marshall office changed to BMO and then when all the good original bank employees were gone. It turned into a unorganized, rude, poor customer service experience. These new tellers that they have now are smug, arrogant, unfriendly and question you about your accounts that you have been paying on for many years. Accounts that you come in monthly to pay on all the time. Half the time they look confused or look like they are there for just the paycheck. Really wish the respect... read more
The Marshall branch has just discharged all employees and shifted personnel from other branches in an effort to hire new people and maintain operations. The bank has a very unstable feel to it in the way it operates. Additionally, employees feel free to ridicule requests for bills in good condition, criticize choices, and to yell at customers and threaten to close accounts for requesting options. Employees are not well trained, display poor customer service skills, and engage in bullying. It's been about a year since I visit... read more
