Don't know where to start with this bank. Just wasted an hour and a half trying to find out what happened to my transfer I made for 600. Apparently no one at the branch or at the phone can tell me anything about two transfers from my checking. Phone support is overseas in the Philippines or something and that help is not help at all. Completely incompetent phone support.
Close to early. Prefer Chase Bank-open till 6pm.
I do not bank with BOTW, but I work for a friend who does and we are in here weekly. The staff all know her by name and are the most friendly to her! Always happy to see her and very supportive and patient with her. Alejandra specifically is so friendly and easy to work with, but they really all have been.
