BMO has very poor customer service from the national level when it comes to Power of Attorney. My mother has dementia and cannot take care of her financial affairs. I received a power of attorney a couple of years back, yet I still have to spend many hours to get their customer service reps to look up the POA. Even though the account name states POA on file. They refuse to look it up. However, Ed Perez is the local on-site senior customer service rep and he is outstanding! Be careful many of their employees are Woke.
