I spoke to a rude lady at this branch today and she was extremely arrogant and rude. She hanged up when I asked her name. I’m trying to change branch or my bank soon.

I would give them 0 stars. they don't have good customer service. i tried to call them to fix my account information and personally go to bank. they are not helpful. don't use this bank.
Yes their ATM. Machines are worthless it only ispenses 20's if you try to make deposit won't accept 50s or 100's
I do not recommend making deposits to the drive thru ATM. Long story short, I went to go deposit money into the ATM and the machine took almost half my money and deposited the rest. I went inside the same day to speak with someone and was told that theirs nothing they can do, but file a claim that will take up to 2 weeks to resolve. I shouldn’t have to wait to get my money back for their faulty machines. I have bills and responsibilities to handle around this time
