Came here to open a small business bank account, staff was really nice and helpful. There was an issue with my information but they got it taken care of. So far I'm very satisfied with my decision to bank with BMO.
Seems biased, waited for a banker over 30 minutes and was skipped twice for other customers. Terrible customer service and lies about services and appointments. Try a different bank.
I spoke to a rude lady at this branch today and she was extremely arrogant and rude. She hanged up when I asked her name. I’m trying to change branch or my bank soon.
Horrible bank! Bank teller I spoke to was very rude.
