Terrible bank. When you call support, it’s difficult to get to a live person and there is usually a long wait. Once you finally get to a person, they will transfer you around and their phone system will keep drop you when they put you on hold. I am planning to close my account.
Customer service so bad that I am closing my account one week after opening it. So called customer service is incredibly rude and condescending and straight up lie to you both in person, online or over the phone. I wish I had read the reviews before joining. Worst bank I have ever experienced and only a matter of time before they shut down. Use literally any other bank
