Worst customer service ever! No help at all with banking and they mess up your deposits, dates, debit cards, wires and they closed one of our business account without notices! We are so frustrated doing business with the Bank!!!
Horrible customer service. Wasn't great when it was the Bank of the West but now it's even worse. Good luck getting anyone to help you with your business account. We transferred in $20,000 and it didn't appear for days and when we tried to figure out why, they just gave us the runaround. Hello, it's our money. And whatever happened to customer service...
If you schedule an appointment to meet with a banker, bring a book. You will wait an hour past your appointment time! And, as hard as the Banker tried, including calling a "Supervisor", the bank computer system did not allow a Beneficiary to be listed on my account. If you care to list a person or your Living Trust as a beneficiary on a BMO account - apparently BMO computer system is INCAPABLE of doing that for you! The Santa Monica location of BMO wins the dubious achievement of being the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. They sent me a cashier check made out to the wrong name, so they couldn’t cash it, but refused to reissue or honor. And it was their own cashier check. To add injury to insult, the bank manager, Manvir was a nightmare to deal with.
