Asked for an envelope for my cash and apparently entered a high-level negotiation. I wasn’t requesting a private vault, just something designed to hold paper. The whole experience had the energy of a place with policies for everything… except making customers’ lives easier. The old BMW outside really completed the atmosphere: luxury memories, current reality pending. 🙌🏻

We worked closely with banker Giselle Guillen when she worked at BMO in Northridge. She was incredibly helpful when we ran into problems with my late brother's estate. She worked with their legal department and had excellent communication skills. She recently transferred to the Burbank office on Riverside Drive. 2:30pm on a Monday and they could only help one customer at a time. Understaffed and some tellers are under trained. I had a deposit go into the wrong account and didn’t get caught for months.
Aron was very helpful and the staff was great. This will definitely be my go to branch from now on.
