These people are so cheap, they don’t even give envelopes?! STAY AWAY FROM HERE
Apparently, replying to an email at BMO Bank requires archaeological approval. Five days to answer a message that was already documented in writing. If this is their standard for customer service, imagine handling an actual urgent issue. 🤮 👎🏻
Asked for an envelope for my cash and apparently entered a high-level negotiation. I wasn’t requesting a private vault, just something designed to hold paper. The whole experience had the energy of a place with policies for everything… except making customers’ lives easier. The old BMW outside really completed the atmosphere: luxury memories, current reality pending. 🙌🏻
