Great customer service.
Great fast and friendly service. As a customer of BMO in Canada I was able to walk in and open an account here without an appointment using my Canadian social insurance number. They set everything up for me and immediately gave me a debit card as well. Excellent service, would recommend.
The ATM outside has had what looks like homeless poop on it for two months. I even called and spoke with one of their employees about it. Went back a week later it's still there. They don't care about their clients.
