Their computerized systems are constantly crashing and their employees are rarely if ever helpful. Went in with the same issue on three separate occasions, and they could not figure it out.
Use to be Favorite bank location.
We have had a very prolific business account at this bank since 1999. You cannot trust this bank branch with your deposits nor money. The bank is so poorly mismanaged it is unbelievable. If you go to make a deposit, unless the older lady that has worked there for 30 years is working, you are lucky to be in and out of the bank within 30 minutes! We had, for the umpienth time our deposit ( thousands of dollars, multiple checks ie the lifeblood of our business “lost” for the second time now!). We see customers in line all the t... read more
