I went in today to start an account, waited my turn and was passed up 3 times by banker who choose three other people who just walked in 10 minutes after me lol. Wasted too much time, but the building is nice and so is the security guard. Maybe it’s just me.
I've been banking at this location for 25+ years. Union Safe Deposit Bank, Bank of the West and BMO The service continues to degrade ever time the bank changes names. I guess it's a sign of the times. I am researching other institutions to move my investments.
Actually have not been inside any of the branches since about 2 weeks after BMO took over
