Went to BMO Bank on North Pershing. Terrible. Makayla did everything she could to not help us, telling us it was her lunch break, she didn't know how to do what we wanted, she'd have to get her legal department to review documents, and we'd probably have to wait until after the weekend. So my brother and I went to the BMO Bank on El Dorado and it was a totally different experience. Everyone was friendly, nice, and helpful. They closed my bank account with no warning. Woke up to 0 dollars in my bank account. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have been told about this. Had no explanation for me just that they’d mail me a check. Thanks for wasting my time. Worst bank ever. Do not bother. UPDATE: still getting the run around. They need to train their employees better. After 3 and half weeks of waiting for my check after they told me it was being sent to 3 different location, I finally received it and was told by a teller at the bank that it was made to ... read more
