They closed my bank account with no warning. Woke up to 0 dollars in my bank account. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have been told about this. Had no explanation for me just that they’d mail me a check. Thanks for wasting my time. Worst bank ever. Do not bother. UPDATE: still getting the run around. Business had went down hill since covid, they have now switched to BMO even worse... whole bunch of foreigners picking up the phone hard to hear or understand... everyone who picking up the phone seems to not have very much knowledge on doing their job here.. I was on the phone a whole hour trying to take care of something yesterday.. called again today to be set on hold and no one comes back to the phone...Leaving
