Business had went down hill since covid, they have now switched to BMO even worse... whole bunch of foreigners picking up the phone hard to hear or understand... everyone who picking up the phone seems to not have very much knowledge on doing their job here.. I was on the phone a whole hour trying to take care of something yesterday.. called again today to be set on hold and no one comes back to the phone...Leaving
I was a security at this place the manger was rude also manger decided to move me off of the site due to 5 month old baby needed to get rushed to the ER it wasn’t right now I don’t have a job because of that
One of the worst banks you can ever deal with. My business account got hit twice for 8k plus each. Id never bank with them again. Imma close it all out with them. Had enough plus they hang up on you..
