Update: I emailed the address provided in the reply here from BMO. No surprise, I’ve not received a response. The auto-generated reply to bad reviews just gives the illusion that they care at all. BMO is trash, tell your friends. I am livid with BMO ever since they acquired Bank of the West. They keep denying me from even opening an account. BMO is discriminatory
Super incompetent and unfriendly mortgage call center. Asked for the mortgage payout amount, they were supposed to email it and they never did. And here I am making multiple trips to get a check for them

Look elsewhere for modern banking practices and customer service. I have been a small business client for over a decade and it's time to move to a better bank. They are constantly putting my mobile deposits on hold for several days at a time. Chase Bank puts them through immediately. They have very limited EFT options for me and my employees.
