Update: I emailed the address provided in the reply here from BMO. No surprise, I’ve not received a response. The auto-generated reply to bad reviews just gives the illusion that they care at all. BMO is trash, tell your friends. I am livid with BMO ever since they acquired Bank of the West. Notice how if you look back in time they have all 5-star reviews and in the last few years is mostly 1-star reviews? Should be telling. They keep denying me from even opening an account. BMO is discriminatory
Super incompetent and unfriendly mortgage call center. Asked for the mortgage payout amount, they were supposed to email it and they never did. And here I am making multiple trips to get a check for them
