Walked into this BMO to add my husband to the account. It took about 6 minutes to get acknowledged. I decided to withdrawal some cash and was waiting for the teller, it said windows closed use next teller. There was no other teller avaliable. She said she apologizes for the waiting, she is helping a customer on the phone .
