Long story short, we almost lost our house because of something as simple as a wire transfer that was handled horribly by this branch! Update: I responded and emailed the BMO digital care team base on their subsequent response to my review as seen below. After multiple back and forth emails from them. Under trained managers that should not be on the floor.
If you own a business, do not I repeat do not fall for whatever they sell you going in because in the end your customers are gonna be left out to dry. The bank will only give $1000 if you’re cashing a check from a business. Absolutely ridiculous rules I think they’re in solvent. They don’t have the money to pay out cash. They don’t have cash. They rely on electronic money and they don’t have the cash to back up the money and if there was a run on this bank they wouldn’t have the money to pay it, that’s my opinion at least
The branch is amazing. The manager and staff were nice and knowledgeable. I recommend them. They have a good IT and communication skills. Even they had meeting but they were helping me. Excellent customer service.Thank you
