This location is not crowded, and unfortunately, despite today being the last day before this branch closed, I was able to make a quick withdrawal an hour before it's final closure!
My wife and I were planning to open a joint savings account. The manager was very kind and explained the plans and services they could offer us clearly. We wish this bank all the best for the future.
This has got to be the biggest joke of a bank of all time. They never answer their phone. The BMO app is absolute garbage in that you cannot make a mobile deposit. This Canadian bank needs to go back to Canada and stay there. What a joke.
Terrible customer service. No one really wants to help you. Online website is completely outdated. You are better off dealing with an online bank like Ally. Do not deal with this bank. It is a waste of time and energy.
Key Bankers were very rude & discriminated, it is NOT a friendly bank for ordinary folks like us. No Thanks.
