Justine is awesome, but the turn over and new people are terrible. The "manager" did not have the knowledge to print us our bank statement. My company has been banking with BOTW for 17 plus years and have been very happy until the last 6 months or so. If the turnover keeps happening and lack of trained personal we will be bank shopping.
