It is a nice bank branch of BMO. TJ helped me open a new bank account, and explained the options for different accounts. Furthermore, he was helpful with issues I had. Other bank staff members were also helpful. I came here several times to deposit cash, and service was quick and prompt. I don't understand the negativity. I had a positive experience, during my several visits to this branch location.
TJ was extremely helpful in opening my accounts. He stated that many people use their bank to get a fresh start.
If you wish to be disappointed, please look no further. You will get cussed out by the associates and dismissed by the accountant manager. Impatience and lies run rampant throughout this “financial institution “. Expect to hate yourself for ever opening an account. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I went 3 times to open a bank account 2 times the banker was not there and now I'm told to wait 20 mins. I work have a family trying to get things done with this bank but apparently a union sheet metal contribution ain't good enough
