This bank is absolutely outrageous. Actually, I've been aware of this problem for over a year. Every time I try to withdraw a large sum of cash, they say they don't have the money. How can such a big bank be short of funds? I only need $5,000 to $8,000 、and they still don't have it. So I'm planning to withdraw all the money in my account because I don't want to use this bank anymore; it's caused me too much trouble.
No ATMs on the outside of this branch, there’s a drive thorough for ATMs but machines aren’t there
JUST SPENT ALL MORNING GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM!!! NOW I’LL HAVE TO WAIT TO GO IN PERSON ON THEIR NEXT BUSINESS DAY FOR A VERY SIMPLE TASK!!!
