Best bank experience I have ever had. The management and staff was kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends that bmo is the better choice for there banking experience. Shout out to Nya Lam for helping me. She is the true MVP. 🙌👏👏👏

My experience was not so good about the banker Jaxxxx who did not understand the questions I raised. Furthermore, after I completed the account opening process, she left abruptly without any explanation. I found this behavior to be discourteous and unprofessional.

Jasmine had no idea about the customer’s questions or needs, and for no reason said she would transfer me, then just hung up. I called again, and it was her who picked up I asked about account opening and wire transfers, but I’m not sure if she has problems with English She just kept saying “I don’t know” and then said she would transfer me to someone else
