when I called the branch they nearly speak english and don't even understand what you are incurring about . I think it's time to change banks
The bank door was locked before 5pm!!! I went there again today at 3:20pm, and it was closed again!!!
I visited BMO to open a new account, but my experience was disappointing. Despite sitting in the waiting area for half an hour, no staff member acknowledged my presence or offered any assistance. It was clear that the employees saw me, yet no one came over to help or check in with me. The lack of responsiveness and customer service was very frustrating.
