Really not helpful. He includes my account because I was overdrawn by $.77 then when my direct deposit got sent there they would not reopen my account so I’m taking my money somewhere else.
If there were zero stars I would put zero. Staff is slow, expect to need 10 different forms of identification to cash a bmo check. If not bmo check dont bother unless you want to spend 7 hours at the bank. Managers are slow to respond to clerks. Expect to wait a super long time before getting anything done at this bank!
I contacted the representative for business relationship making on Saturday this Saturday and the representative was all the respect has no clue about sending up the business account. Wanted to have it set up. I’m putting $300-$500,000 in two increments into a business new business account and the represent have no clue. This person has less than one year of experience and she doesn’t know she told me to call back on Monday with all the respect.
