AMAZING BANK. nice and clean too.
Definitely not the same level of customer service as Bank of the West. What happened to the original tellers? How about the old manager? You folks did yourself a disservice by loosing them as employees. These people don't greet you by your name. I have seen many unhappy customer faces since the transition to BMO.
Had wonderful customer service today with Angi who helped me understand the cross-border accounts they offer. She took her time to go over what BMO can and can't provide along with account fees. Very knowledgeable and patient.
