I contacted the representative for business relationship making on Saturday this Saturday and the representative was all the respect has no clue about sending up the business account. Wanted to have it set up. I’m putting $300-$500,000 in two increments into a business new business account and the represent have no clue. Definitely not the same level of customer service as Bank of the West. What happened to the original tellers? How about the old manager? You folks did yourself a disservice by loosing them as employees. These people don't greet you by your name. I have seen many unhappy customer faces since the transition to BMO.
