Really not helpful. First they would allow my wife to join my account then they closed my account because I was overdrawn by $.77 then when my direct deposit got sent there they would not reopen my account so I’m taking my money somewhere else.

I’d like to share my experience with the BMO branch in Tustin. I came in with a fairly complex question about domestic bank transfers and international wire transfers. If there were zero stars I would put zero. Staff is slow, expect to need 10 different forms of identification to cash a bmo check. If not bmo check dont bother unless you want to spend 7 hours at the bank. Managers are slow to respond to clerks. Expect to wait a super long time before getting anything done at this bank!
