Tustin branch is horrible. Had multiple issues with employees not being knowledgable. Customer service is not a priority for them. Manager wasn't available when needed and he never called me back.
Really not helpful. First they would allow my wife to join my account then they closed my account because I was overdrawn by $.77 then when my direct deposit got sent there they would not reopen my account so I’m taking my money somewhere else.
