I was on the phone for over 2 hours getting a transaction completed for travel and BMO kept declining my card, I went through CS they were unable to complete this transaction after several attempts. The card continues to decline. I’m considering changing banks as this is not ok.
I had a Bank of the West cashier check that I wanted to deposit part of into my BMO account and have another cashier's check written for remaining balance. I have never had a problem with this before. The teller, I'll withhold her name until I speak with the manager,was rude and unprofessional, telling me that even though it was a Bank of the West cashier check and BMO Took over Bank of the West, that they could not honor the cashier check. After my interaction with the manager Victor they deserve 10 stars! Had some issues reached out to branch manager, Victor Chan returned my call and was nice enough to spend time going the extra mile to solve my problem. He promptly followed up with me with a resolution to my issue. I am more than impressed with this kind of service and highly recommend the Livermore branch of BMO
