DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. I’ve had so many experiences where BMO has letting companies take money out of my account to pay bills without my authorization. I do not have anything set up on auto pay. I’ve called numerous times to get those reversed and I’m told one thing and another thing happens and I end up with my money somewhere in their system and I have to wait for them to figure out how to get me my money back or how to transfer it back. When I opened an account, I had a question that the branch manager did not know exactly how to answer. He did some research and later emailed to tell me he had found a solution. He changed the ownership of my account to exactly what I desired. I greatly appreciated his extra effort on my behalf.
I was on the phone for over 2 hours getting a transaction completed for travel and BMO kept declining my card, I went through CS they were unable to complete this transaction after several attempts. The card continues to decline. I’m considering changing banks as this is not ok.
