I opened a BMO checking account for a $400 bonus and completed the required $4,000 in direct deposits within the timeframe. Despite this, BMO denied the bonus and applied restrictions that were not disclosed in the promotion terms. Customer support was not helpful and kept changing the requirements. This feels misleading and unfair.

By far the worst bank to ever bank with, customer service isn’t good at all they are rude and act as if you’re bothering them with your problems about your money. My money went missing out my account with no explanation
