This bank branch will not sell you quarters unless you have an account with them. Whereas, Chase Bank on Ocean Blvd does, even without having an account. That's what I call customer service. The staff at BMO should take a field trip to Chase Bank to experience true customer service.
ATM stole my money. DO NOT USE THE ATM. I deposited the money and the ATM shut off in the middle of my transaction. The ATM took my card and the transaction is not reflected in my account. I would use Capital One because they're more reliable. Their customer service number doesn't work and I just got ripped off by this bank. Unreliable, untrustworthy bank
Pedro Moran is very short fused and disrespectful. As I had come in to the bank he had confirmed my balance and status on a check that was already credited by the institution.The online banking flagged my bank deposit as fraudulent causing inconvenience and angst as I was expressing my grief he interjected stating that he isn’t in charge and completely dismissed my feelings and didn’t have any empathy in my situation in the moment.
